Just wash your face with soap and warm water every night before bed and lay off on the makeup (if you wear any)

It’s easier than you think, unless you have cystic acne.

Soap. A gentle wash, no scrubbing, at least three times a day. Neutrogena’s acne formula is excellent, but if it’s too drying, use it only once a day and any antibacterial soap the other two or more times.

A mild acne medication (2% salycilic acid) applied to damp skin after the day’s last wash, worn overnight. If this dries the skin too much, switch to every other night.

Hair. Keep your hair off your face as much as possible. If it’s long, braid or ponytail it overnight. If you use any styling products, make sure none at all get on your skin. Of course you may not want to go to school with your hair all skinned back, but once you’re home, do it.

Makeup. Wear it if you must, but wash it off as soon as you’re home. Even noncomedogenic formulas are worse for skin than no makeup. Never, ever sleep in your makeup, no matter how tired you are.

Clean pillowcase twice a week. Wash them in hot water if the fabric can take it. If you acne extends to your back or chest, not just pillowcases but sheets, too.

Clean towels, ditto. If this is more laundry than the laundry-doer at your house can keep up with, do this for yourself. It’s your face, and worth the effort.

If you do all these things consistently for two weeks, nearly everybody sees improvement–and all it took was stepped up hygiene in somebody who was already clean.

    aspirn mask youtube michellepham.

    dont pop anything.

use honey to wash ur face use rosewater as toner. (biol water add 2 large deep colored rose petals per half cup stir with cinnimon stick leave it in there) and use aloe for moisturizing its important to moisturize or else ur skin becomes oily. so its like dry skin with oil on it eww. so always moisturize.

and every so often use masks.

mash strabeeries with honey use it as a mask for 20 minutes then rinse.

oh and for large pimple get an egg white, some oney, and tee tree oil or witch hazel and a clean jar.

fill the bottom of the with honey add 4 drops of tee tree oil or witch hazel. then add the egg white do not mix it. get a cotton swab and dip it all the way to the bottom. after u wash ur face add toner then moisturize put it on the pimple try not to get the skin around the pimple. th honey and the oil cleans and sooths the pimple and the egg white dries it out like crazy! so if u have a lrge pimple this dries it out all day and u can reaply after washing so it an dries n out all night! plus its clear so on one can that u have products on ur face!
