Herbs for Acne

Question: whatare some good natural acne remedies?
I get some acne on my back and my chest. Do you know of any natural ways to clear it?

Soap & warm water to open up you’re pores and sanitize them a tiny bit and then go to you’re local natural foods market and find an oil that has natural ingredients including jojoba oil, vitamin E and maybe almond extract.
