Herbs for Acne

Question: what is the best NATURAL cure to get rid of acne?
from working out occasionally two or three will pop up on my forehead and i’m getting sick and exhausted of it. and i dont like putting anything in me or on me that is chemical; i’m very cautious in that respect. any suggestions?
