Question: What is the best Natural Remedy for Acne…and will I Always Have Acne?
I’m a 19 year old male, and I have mild acne. Sometimes it gets worse, sometimes better. But it is always pretty persistent.

I started getting it about a year ago. What is the best Natural treatment for it? And will I have to place up with this for the rest of my life?

I’ve noticed that there are far less adults with acne, than teenagers. I’m hoping that since I am already 19 that perhaps soon I will no longer have to worry about acne. Is this true?

P.S.
I am very good about washing my face once daily. I consume healthy (i.e. fruits and vegetables). And I am a very active person. I friends without acne who consume lots of junk food and drink lots of soda, and have very poor Hygiene…and yet, they still manage to not have acne somehow. Why is this?

I take Hygiene seriously, and I have acne??? I don’t understand…

if you are not already try using salicylic acid (2%). you can get it at most pharmacies or huge stores (walmart or whatever your area’s equivalent is).
and make sure you are using a water based moisturizer for your face. oil based moisturizers will make your acne worse and leaving your face overly dry can lead to more skin problems.
it might be a good theory to wash your face in the morning and at night.
