Try using clean and clear cleansing scrub each night before you go to bed. It really helped me with my acne.

Have you ever heard of Dr. Perricone? He has a few books out about diet and how it can naturally improve the condition of your skin by eating certain foods.

I use Tea Tree Oil. It’s a natural anitseptic. Just dab a little on the affected area. If you have sensitive skin, dilute it before application. I use it at night before bed because it has a strong smell.
