Herbs for Acne

Question: What is a really good all natural, organic face wash for acne prone skin?
Right now I use neutrogena but its chock full of synthetics and tests on animals which I hate. I want something that works well though!!!!!!!

try using boscia or fresh soy face.. it all organic
