Go to a beauty salon in your area, and see if they carry a product called, “Dermalogica” It really works, and not many people know about it, because they do not have TV commercials or anything for it….so Please, try it! You’ll love it. I KNOW you will. If your local salons don’t have them, call up your CLOSEST resort and spa. I GARUNTEE you that they will have it for SURE.

Try exfoliating regularly to make sure all those products aren’t sticking to your skin and clogging your pores, which may help with your back and neck. the chest and the back acne may also be from sweating so try not wearing very tight clothes, especially not ones with spandex, which can make you more acne prone. this may also sound weird, but going on birth control can help with acne since hormonal imbalances can cause serious acne.

As you get older it’ll clear up, it just takes time. If it doesn’t clear up by the time you’re 20 see a dermatologist. Occupy your mind with something else, like education until then. You will be beautiful inside and out eventually.

Accutane does not lead to drug addiction.. the most common side effects is dry skin, dry eyes, dry lips… all those are other side effects are rare and the pharmaceutical companies let the public know of rare side effects to cover their own ass. I worked for a dermatologist and I have seen the effects of Accutane. I saw nothing but possible results. I saw a lot of happy people because they had cystic acne and now their skin was clear. The only problem with Accutane is the side effects are bad for pregnant woman. Babies can come out severely deformed if a pregnant woman uses Accutane. You would have to go in for an appointment with your dermatologist each month, and take a pregnancy test. Don’t waste your money on Pro Activ, you can buy the same junk (salicylic acid) at the store, all that product is is good marketing. Try accutane. If you’ve tried antibiotics like Minocin and Doxy and creams like Differin or Benzaclin, Accutane may be exactly what you need.

I know there is a lot of hype about Accutane, but as long as you are under the supervision of a doctor, you will be fine taking it if you wanted to.

Accutane is extremely effective and it changed my life. I have been off it for two years now and I have never had acne again. I have also never had any serious side effects, either while I was on it, or after I stopped taking it. Accutane was such an incredible cure for me that now my sister has started treatment with it.

ok, firstable you need to take it easy and try to see your problem as something you need to face everyday untill your body stop it.
There isnt a magic formula because every person is different to each otter, so if you really want to get better avoid stay up untill late, do not eat fast food, do not drink normal milk, wash your body and face everynight with sulfato soap, do a lot of excersice and visit your doctor.

If you like fast results, make the Aspirin mask. In my case, I grind 3-5 non-coated tablets and melt it with few drops of hydrogen peroxide. I usually apply it on bedtime (every night) and leave it overnight. The secret there is actually the salicylic acid ingredient of Aspirin that effectively fights acne and also the anti-bacterial properties of hydrogen peroxide. I also suggest you use Sastid soap…it’s very effective for oily skin. Within 2 weeks of continued use, I gain some positive feedbacks from my aunt and my dad’s officemate. Avoid wasting your money for branded cleansers like Accutane or ProActiv for they might only work for some. Remember that we still have different body chemistries even if we all get acne.

Let’s take some pressure off your mind. First let me assure you that your acne isn’t your fault.

All the treatments you mentioned were attempts to heal yourself from the skin in. As you’ve experienced, that hasn’t been too successful.

That’s because acne comes from far away…from the human gut. Those topical products aren’t going to stop the acne manufacturing headquarters.

So I’d suggest a two-pronged approach. For instance, for active acne, I’d use a tea tree lotion applied topically. It’s available in health food stores.

That should help to eliminate the visible acne quicker. But you don’t just want to play defense. To eliminate your acne for good, you need to address the acne manufacturing plant.

I’d start taking PB-8 or Dr. Ohiras Probiotic immediately. This will help to push out the bad bacteria in the gut that ends up traveling through the blood stream and polluting the skin.

I’d also do a day/night colon cleanse. These are gentle tablets that don’t keep you by the bathroom. They help to clear out the stuff that’s promoting acne.

Also take olive leaf capsules. This will get rid of the bad yeast that allows the bad bacteria to do it’s dirty work.

To make sure the yeast and bad bacteria didn”t regroup and cause problems down the road, I’d also take either glutamine (5 gms 2X a day) or IntestiNew.

All of these things can be obtained at almost any health food store.

While doing this, I’d be sure to drink plenty of filtered water.

Up top, I said it wasn’t your fault. I meant it. This problem is most often caused by the antibiotics we were given in early childhood. Those drugs kill the friendly bacteria and promote yeast growth.

That sets up a cycle of all sorts of problems, including acne.

So stay away from antibiotics (and birth control pills, and steroids.)

I hope this helps. Good luck and be well.

    Kelley
