I heard that cleansing your liver can help cure acne. Is this true? And how fast will it work?….I am taking a herbal milk thistle thing 3 times a day.

yeah actually it does but i didn’t really do anything except apply clearasil for a month and it went away……i don’t get it anymore
I have never heard this. I dont know what herbal milk is but milk is actually bad for acne. If you just have small spots i would try tea tree oil, it kills the bacteria and if you have a lot of small bumps which is clogged pores the dermatolgist can give you a face wash that works great to clear that up!
