Should I do the full on acne free diet?

Question: Should I do the full on acne free diet?
goal: to find what foods trigger my acne
full diet: Yes:lots of water, meat, veggies, fruit (except citrus), herbal/decaf tea, eggs, bread, olive oil
No: enriched/refined flour, trans fats, dairy, coffee, white potatoes, pizza, sugar/candy
Sometimes: dark chocolate, decaf coffee, honey, butter, heavy cream, almonds
Should I go on the full diet all at once? Or remove one aspect from my diet (such as dairy products) and see how things go?

Everything in the “no” section is utter garbage/poison for your body anyway…

Bollocks, Henry. I’ve had cysts and neither of my parents had them. Not severely, but they’re still there. My dad has perfect skin, always has, and my mom’s skin was never that bad. Anyway.

I’d say you shouldn’t just make that a diet, but a complete dietary shift. You’ll feel so much better in the long run. Mostly you should just try to eat as many raw foods as possible, make sure the meat is organic and free-range and grass-fed (if it’s beef), and make a visit or two to High on Health. It’s a lot less limiting, but still advocates the same message, more or less. And absolutely avoid artificial sweeteners; those are NEVER good for you.

i never had acne i had cystic pimples,so this might help you——– a lot of food ingredients(NOT fresh meat, veg, fish, cheese, potato’s,etc) are man made from chemicals, now if i gave you a teaspoon of chemical to drink, you probably wouldn’t be surprised with the new cystic pimple growing the next day, how do i know? i lived this nightmare of cystic pimples,as one was dying, ping i could feel the next one coming, running home from school or getting up in the morning to look in the mirror(juli, stop looking in the mirror they won’t go any quicker),making excuses not to go out and staying in to apply mud from mexico, slime from the bottom of the sea, face masks made from kangaroo poo,it looks a little bit better(who are you kidding)why do i only see one person in every million like me,because they aren’t allergic to anything,oh no i got another one, this will be my last one,it’s the end of my teenage years, this will be my last one i’m thirty and a half next week. i had 10 years of them, left mums house, bingo month later clear fresh complexion,if i went back to mums and ate, big spot again, mum said you’re allergic to something,6 months later we found that it was a food (chemical)ingredient added as a food flavouring, sauces, gravy, flavours put on breadcrumbs, drinks, curries, lots of things. no more bending over when a fit boy passes so my hair falls over my face. t should be easy to find out what you ate that your allergic to

i had cystic pimples many years ago but i still remember then,i knew each spot personally, staying in, shy with boys, avoiding photos,i thought i would grow out or them, a doctor was very honest with me he said we don’t have the time or know what causes them, its something you’ll have to live with, then someone told me their were allergic to something they ate,i stopped eating this and my face cleared up
