i know it sounds weird but HONEY works. just smear it on you face for a few min. then wash it off. it wont work right away but with time it does.

Hey, Sarah Here,
noo seriously use milk of magnesia! ITS A LAXITIVE BUT U PUT IT ON YOUR FACE AND LEAVE IT FOR 45 MIN AT NIGHT WASH IT OFF OR SLEEP WITH IT ON LITERALLY MY SAVIOR! only cost around 4 dollars and you can get it at shop rite or any food place!
you should eat mostly healthy foods because that will maybe stop the breakouts also dont pick at them or mess with them because they can become inflamed and become more irritated maybe you should buy a clean and clear oisturizer and some type of acne wash. or maybe see a dermatologist (a doctor for skin)
You shouldn’t have to put up with all those spots. Definitely don’t pick at them
or they will scar. Try changing your shampoo and conditioner as this can cause back acne. Also make sure you don’t get sweaty. Clinique do a good back and chest spray you should buy. This dries up the spots. Neutrogena do a body wash for spot prone skin too. Try taking zinc tablets which are great at clearing up spots. If none of this works you should get something from your doctor.
Sensible diet, good hygiene and low stress should keep acne away. Use great OTC acne products like “Niapads”, “Cetaphil” etc that are simple and easy to use. The most effective product is one that is “simple” to use™. Multi-step treatments are difficult to follow and prolong acne.
For eg – with Niapads you can cut a piece, wet it with water and place it on the pimple. Active ingredients in Niapads penetrate the skin and provide acne relief. They also are effective in reducing skin hyperpigmentation (acne scars).
Use the gentle scrubbing action for pore cleansing, exfoliation and overall acne relief. Contains Lavender oil – well known moisturizer. Niapads cleared my acne.
I got introduced to L’BRI Pure n’ Natural and it has been the most amazing skin care I could have ever imagined for! The difference with L’BRI is it’s Aloe Vera based instead of water! Go check your current skin care, I bet the first ingredient on the bottle is water! Our skin isn’t meant to absorb water, otherwise imagine what we’d look like when we took a shower! lol : ) So you’re just caking a layer of gunk on your skin and your skin can’t breath and just gets clogged (then comes acne). Aloe has been a healing plant used for thousands of years for cuts, scraps and burns. Imagine what it does for your skin! Heals everything!
Anyways, I could go on and on. The company offers free 7-day starter kits (you do have to pay $6.95 for shipping but it’s worth it)! Check it out, and I will bet anything, your skin looks amazing within a month!
http://www.cleanskin.lbri.com is where i buy my products.
*I also use the body wash on my kiddos because some baby washes contain a numbing agent that numbs their eyes and that’s why they don’t cry when it gets in their eyes!
and the Aloe Jelly on my daughter when she gets diaper rash. I use it for sunburns too.
Good Luck!
