Oily nose and VERY sensitive skin?

Question: Oily nose and VERY sensitive skin?
Except for some acne the skin on my face is pretty normal. Except my nose. It is so oily!!! Literally 10 minutes after I wash my face my nose is excessively oily and shiny again!
I wash my face twice regularly with neutrogena oil-free acne wash, drink plenty of water and consume very healthy. I also do a facial steam treatment once a week. I have very pale, sensitive skin from an unrelated health condition and because of that my skin is so sensitive that I can’t even wear make up or use most face washes, creams, etc sold in stores. I tried an organic sugar scrub a few times and the oil blotting paper things, but my nose just got oily again in 10 minutes!

What can I do? I’ve found it easier to make my own face scrubs/washes with natural ingredients, but I know from experience that my skin can’t tolerate anything with tea tree oil, baking soda, essential oils, clay/mud, aloe vera in any form or anything with a strong fragrance (such as mint leaves, witch hazel and other herbs).
