Herbs for Acne

Question: Natural vitamin for severe acne?
I have very severe acne and was on Accutane for a while (which was a miracle worker), but had to stop using it because I could not afford it anymore and the acne returned back to its normal self. Is there any type of natural vitamin that I could take in the mean time while I am ready to get the Accutane again?
