i have a lot of acne and acne scars all over my face. is there any natural remedies to get rid of them in a week? i have to get rid of them in a week cause i am going to a wedding!! thx.

Try a chemical peel. and a face buffer, I think neutrogena sells one with the blue pads. It buffs your skin to make it smooth. Dont use both in the same day.

there is no way that you’ll be getting completely rid of them in just a week.
these things take time… if you have scars that looks like spots, you can use a skin lightener. the other type of cars can be cured at a dermatologist.
I would exfoliate your skin with a mild cleanser (no apricot scrubs or anything too rough b/c that can actually hurt your skin). A natural exfoliater is baking soda, but I use a fabulous facial exfoliater made by Philosophy called Microdelivery Peel (2 step process with that cleanser). I got that at Sephora. I would also make sure to hydrate your skin to make sure that it has enough moisture to heal. I would just use a SPF lotion that you are comfortable and that you have been using so as to not disrupt what your skin is used to. If you want, you can use a moisturizing cream that has hydroquinone which is a skin lightener. Creams with this ingredient state that you should only use it for a couple of months and then discontinue. You should be able to find that at any drug store. I have an olive complexion and this is something that I deal with every time I get a breakout. One week is a pretty short time period…so if you still have some marks left day of the wedding…exfoliate, moisturize (let it set for 10-15 minutes—seriously that helps makeup go on easier from my experience), using a foundation brush put on a light coat of liquid foundation (I use Christian Dior—fab!) and then do a light powder or light dusting of mineral foundation on top to set the makeup and take away shine. Good luck and have fun at the wedding!
If you have a month, you may want to go to a dermatologist. If that is not an option, you can try Proactiv. That has worked well for me. I know Murad has a skin cleanser too, but I haven’t tried that line yet. I have used their skin lightening gel which works pretty well.
In this video, the girl uses honey, green tea, sugar, and cider vinegar to make a mask and toner. I think it’s working well for me, but it’s different for everyone. You should still give it a try!
