Question: if i take natural vitamin e pills… will it help my acne?
the bottle states for coronary heart health or something… i was wondering if it helps with acne as well or just the heart?

The help from Vitamin E is VERY SMALL.
However, the help for Vitamin A and D is HUGE!!!!!
The most powerful acne drugs accessible are all Vitamin A based. Adding about 5000 iu’s of Vitamin A regularly will help. The also sell multi-vitamins formulated especially for acne prone teen guys.
Basic cleaning, a good pimple cream, avoiding fast food, and adding tons of fresh fruit and veg will help also.
