Hey, Sarah Here,
These are very complex processes that start with food ingestion, and – for many years – are affected by cultural habits (life styles), processed food, environmental changes and genetic make-up of the individuals, among other variables, that condition their immune system’s response.
Each case is a labyrinth that no one – even MD’s sometimes can understand, and treat the patient upon the catastrophic results; in other words, if you have acne, they treat the occurrence (acne), not the source (irritants that will produce it).
My approach – should I have a similar situation – is to return to the “unprocessed” everything, by changing everything that goes into myself, weather is I eat, rub on my skin, inhale, etc…Mankind is being poisoned everyday by the most “harmless” things (deodorants, air refreshers, lotions, food in general, creams, refreshment drinks, etc).
For your rash, you may try 3 parts glycerine, 1 part lemon juice (with the pulp, not just the liquid), tea spoons of Vitamine E added (it comes in a coloid type of fluid); you can use this to wash your affected areas every night before going to bed. If nothing else, this may return elasticity to your skin.
Make a paste of olives, dilute it with virgen olive oil and add vitamine E. Include lemon juice and Glycerine to make more fluid, and spread onto your affected areas; if – again – nothing else – this will procure hyaluronic acid to your skin, which is the building material for elasticity (it’s the longest molecular structure known).
Try to get the book I suggest. It is not a Bible, only the best approach I have seen to change our mentality and focus from a different point of view; that’s all.
Remember – I’m not a phycician (neither I want to become one), but these are things known to help, and un-processed, and this is only my opinion. Hope it’s useful.
