my skin was so oily when I was 22 I’d wash with Lava soap..three times a day…but today I don’t know if that’s so smart. My skin is beautiful today, I take cherry cod liver oil sold by Twin-Labs.com or at a health food store….and check out coconut oil virgin, sold at health food store everywhere…and Miracle II soap, sold on the web, cost round twenty dollars for sixteen ounces but it is the very best, I had an infection from a bug bite, it cleared it up in two days, you can brush you teeth with this stuff and wash your hair and bath in it…also check out “Charlie’s Soap” on the web site,….it only takes a teaspoon to wash your clothes in and its environmentally safe…very good for people with allergies….and DO drink plenty of water…no sugar…no soda…..none….good luck…

This is not really “herbal” per se. But before sleeping, try putting a drop of honey on each areas, it acts as a anti-bacterial.
Stay off the sun, pick a oil-free moisturizer. And it should resolve itself after a couple of weeks. (it wont happen overnight.)

Not herbal, but wash twice a day with the Neutrogena bar. Cheap and works. Also, if you get a spot and don’t have anything to use, put some toothpaste on it. Just don’t use the gel kind. It’ll dry it out. I’ve used Neutrogena since I was about 15(23 now)and I very seldom get anybreak-outs, and when I do it’s usually due to stress of some sort. Also, if you have hair that’s long enough to be in your face at all, keep it out of your face at least while sleeping. All the time, if possible.
