Try sugar. Just wet your face,pat it dry.Then scrub on sugar like a face wash. Then wash it off. It also makes for face so smooth. Do this to your back to even if you have no acne there. Prevent it =)
Also you can use lemon juice. Mix the juice with water since lemons are strong. Then take a paper towel and put some lemon juice on it. Then pat your pimples with it. Hope i helped =)))))
