Question: I have acne caused by cysts on my ovaries are there any herbal tretmens?

Your best bet is probably going on birth control pills. I am assuming you have PCOS, which means that you have excess testosterone in your system. birth control pills can help to regulate that, though it takes 3 or 4 months for the effect to take place, so don’t anticipate immediate results. Taking metformin for PCOS also usually reduces acne.
