Our son had very bad acne on his back. This is what he did to get rid of it: clean sheets at least once a week, washed in hot water. more frequent change is better, especially if you sweat at night. If this is more than the clothes-maker in your home can handle, wash em ‘you mismo.Limpieza towels, so once a day mismo.Ducha, soaping the affected area gently but thoroughly with Neutrogena soap formulated for brush acné.Un back with very soft bristles to help reach the center. Do not rub! Second swift shower before following any serious activity of sweat producing, using any soap antibacterial.Escrupulosamente clean shirts. No wearings second, and change it if you sweat in it. If the shirt can take hot or at least warm water laundering. Again, wash em ‘mismo.Si you have long hair, keep it very clean, so back which covers only a part of the back when in public. In the heat, a braid. During the night, a trenza.Los short periods of sun exposure is not adequate to show a tan line. (15 minutes a few times a week helped a lot.) For our son, who seemed to be largely a matter of hygiene more consistent than his own adolescence was doing. He still gets the occasional zit on the back, but the rule is essentially no clear skin. (And he does his own laundry!) Try this for a period of two weeks, being very good at it, and if they see an improvement, that’s all you need to know, right?
