Question: how to get rid of body acne?
I have been getting small pimples for like 5 years on my upper arms and sometimes on my chest. I tried the neutrogena body wash it helpled but they would still come back. It has got superior over the years I used to get it on my back. But not just upper arms and chest. I used an all natural vegetable soap with oatmeal. Helped a tiny but still get break outs. I consume healthy. Anybody know a good soap or have any advice

Proactiv body wash is one of the best things I can recommend; I had the same problem as you and I’ve tried a lot of things before this. It helps for acne on chest, shoulders, arms…It might take a while to go away of course, but after a few weeks you can really see a difference.
Neutrogena isn’t bad either, maybe it’s just not the right thing for you. Another good thing is using a loofah and cleansing soap to exfoliate your skin each day in the shower.
Make sure you shower each day and after sweating profusely, all the impurities we accumulate during the day just make things worse! Also consume healthy and get enough sleep; that will prevent you from being stressed and getting worse breakouts on your skin…

Use mild soap

i used to have a huge acne problem when i was in college. it got really bad during times of stress, like around exam times. i found that the major reason for my breakouts was stress and poor nutrition.
the best thing you can do to prevent acne, is to drink lots and lots of water. tap water is the best. it detoxifies your system. fruits also help a lot; especially citrus fruits.
don’t go for soaps or cleansing agents that claim to get rid of your acne. they just dry up your skin. excess oils may cause acne but your skin still needs the oils. don’t over wash either for the same reason.
i tried a lot of products from the internet because i was desperate for an acne-free face, since i was in college. the girls just didn’t dig it. nothing worked as well and as fast as Acnezine.
