How do I prevent blackheads?

Question: How do I prevent blackheads?
I have a serious acne problem.

I get these blackheads but the weird thing is, is that these blackheads aren’t external, they’re internal. Like they come from within my body and then get stuck or embedded into my skin. Then they turn into these horrible ingrown zits.

When I squeeze it as a blackhead, what comes out is this dry yellow hard thing like a needle. I’ve tried everything that medicine has to offer; pills, creams, blemish make-up, etc. and yeah it’ll dry out the zit but it’s not preventing these blackheads, all it does is just treat what comes up.

I’m even trying eastern medicine with herbal teas and that seems to control it but it’s not stopping these blackheads from coming.

I stopped intake certain things like beef and chicken and ate more fruits and vegetables. It’s not as bad as before but I still get these blackheads and I want it to stop completely.

I haven’t even gone out in the dating world because girls have struck me down because of this acne. I am at my wits end. I don’t know what to do anymore. Is there a way to stop these blackheads from within my own body from forming?

just wash your face to prevent.
then if they occasionly pop-up, steam ure face and they can be squeezed out very easy.
