How can I treat cystic (?) acne?

Question: How can I treat cystic (?) acne?
Cystic with a (?) next to it because I’m not entirely sure if it is. All I know is that it’s one large (and I mean it,) zit located on my nose. It looks literally as if I’m growing a second nose, and since the first day of school is around the corner, I’d rather have it removed as soon as possible.

So far I’m treating it with Eritromicina (I believed the English term for it would be Erythromycin,) but apart from making it sting painfully, it isn’t doing anything.

Does anyone have an at-home cure for bad acne? I really don’t want to enter school with an extra nose. ~_~
