Question: How can I get rid of my acne?
I’m 18 years old and have evenhandedly severe acne. Ive tried everything from proactive and medical shots to herbal and non chemical treatments. Pro active helped probably the first week but prefabricated it much more severe for the following weeks. I have since stopped and seen a dermatologist seeking some miracle of help. they have place me on a pill which seemed to help but i couldn’t afford it. they then began to give me numerous samples of topical treatments and pills(i am very skeptical about pills) i neglected to use the pills when i researched its use. it was a pill used for the treatment of syphilis.(i have come to the conclusion that i was just a test guinea pig for these doctors) i have not been back to the dermatologist since and am COMPETELY exhausted of this acne problem. any and all advice is appreciated!

im 16 and have had acne since I was about 13, and I know how you feel, I had tried SO many tablets and over the counter stuff. Alot of the tablets I was given at the doctors would either just stop working (if they worked in the first place!) or would be too strong for my stomach and I would feel sick all the time.
About 2 and a half months ago, I asked to be put on the Pill (birth control), Dianette, which I have been taking everyday since then, and even after about 2 and half weeks I noticed a difference. It has been the best thing for my skin. I still do get spots, but even without make-up I don’t hate the way I look anymore, like I did before. My skin is no hwere near as bad as before I started the pill and it has made me so much happier
My older cousins both used it also, and it improved their skin so much aswell!
I hope you can try it or find what your looking for, but I would definatly reccoment it if you havn’t already tried it.

I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
