Hmm, have you tried home remedies?
Just google ‘home cure pimple/acne/whatever’ and you’ll get tons of results.

Fair skin? Naturally? I don’t know about that but using facial product helps. =)

    1.- What kind of pimples are the red type?
    Avoid spice, hot foods. Drinks alot’s, alots of water.
    drink mint teas. wash face with chamomile, on the pimple or acne or where ever use lemon. (tap it only in the area).
    Use a mask of yogurt with tomato together.
    I will do fasting on water, lemon, honey and cayenne pepper. Eat alots of apples and raw almonds in between the fast.

    It’s hard to get fair skin if your natural skin color is dark. But if your natural skin color is fair, then natural tips would probably be rinsing your face with a little milk and spritzing it with rose water mixed with a little bit of lemon juice

    Cutting sugar out of your diet will make a huge difference. Also, drink lots of water. Most people don’t realize how much sugar is in their diet.

    Tea tree oil works as well as benzoyl peroxide the leading acne medication. Tea tree oil is natural.

    Try to get more zinc and omega-3 in your diet. People with acne tend to be deficient in both.
