Hey, Sarah Here,
you can have it till your 50
I think you should use Proative to help the acne clear away
Proactive, toothpaste, and daily facial scrub all the way. Try eating healthier too, lots of water and fruit. If all fails, it could be a genetic thing and there’s nothing you could do about that.
go online and try proactive it works!!! and they have something for all skin types..make sure it doesnt have the ingredients that you are allergic to.
The magic trick is to drink 6 glasses of water a day.
and your water get’s as clear as a baby doll’s face.
I would say try ProActiv. I have a couple of friends that use it, and it works really well for them.
It’s completely normal to still have acne at age 25. If you give up on over the counter products because of your sensitivity to them, the only other option I know would be drink a lot of water and cut greesy foods, and sodas out of your diet. I have acne problems as well and I’m on birthcontrol to help my acne as well. I’m not sure if your female or not, but if you are, I would take that into consideration, your gyno can put you on a low dossage and it will clear it right up!. Good luck!
when you find out let me know, your not the only one i cant say i have acne but i get a lot of spots on my cheeks, worse when its the monthly and im 22 i’m sick of it i had bad acne when i was a teenager. i also have v sensitve skin, i scratch my neck and it flares up red raw, i get comments like oh your neck looks sore, drives me nuts. i have tried all the face washes and given them a fair trial each, i find they work fo a while but then my skin get immune and i have to change again, but it always flares up when i change then improves for a bit, cant win, at least i can wear meke up!
pro active seems to work wonders.
I, too have very sensitive skin, and something I have found that works AWESOME on me is Noxzeema triple clean. It’s in the stores, and is like 5 dollars a tube. it has an antibiotic in it, triclosan, and it really works. Drink plenty of water..and steer clear of caffiene, sugar, and spicy foods, as they can all trigger acne flair ups. If nothing helps, I would see a dermatologist for some help. Sometimes, that’s all you can do. Good luck.
Calm yourself down for starters is a good idea, there is no need to run around like a headless chook.
You have plenty of years to live ahead of you.
As you have allergies, I suggest seeing a Naturalpath or Kinesologist in your local area. I perfer Kinesology as they product better results in what your body needs rather than convention means.
Use the white or yellow pages on the web to find out where a kinesologist lives near by but be prepared as they are popular occupation skils and would have a long waiting list and good price after first inital consultation about $60 AUD.
This person will be qualified in deducing or working out which ingredient in your foods or drink that you take give these affect and will recommend to you in making YOUR alternative diet as well as your health.
As acne is also affect by emotional stress, you might feel alright in your emotions or mind, but deep down your muscles or your body contains alot of memories about the past trauma or pain and may not be willing to release it in order for you to grow so to speak.
The solution is simple. Change your diet but you need someone who can assist you in finding out which part is effective.
Good luck.
I was like you and kept having what I thought of as adult acne and very sensitive skin. It turned out to be rosacea (along with seborrhea).
The dermatologist gave me an antibiotic to take for the rosacea and a shampoo and a face cream for the seborrhea. For the first time in years my skin is clear. I have been on the antibiotic for 3 months and not one breakout.
If your problem is rosacea then you need to treat your facial skin very gently, no scrubs or harsh products and if not treated rosacea can get worse. Remember WC Fields and his large nose? That was caused by untreated rosacea.
Good luck!
WHAT IS PRO ACTIVE? SOMEONE SAID TRY CUCUMBER ON YOUR SKIN
Try some of the home remedies at this website
Your body chemistry is out of balance. Its your diet. And partly stress in your thoughts. Cleansing will help bring your liver back to working order. I hate to say it but the junk food isn’t helping. Find a nutritionist. You need help. Or find a naturopathic doctor.
Sorry to be so blunt but if you were more open about your real problems I could be less intrusive.
try PROACTIV…it works if it’s a skin problem and not an emotional or hormonal problem.
Go and query vitamin A and the herb “Perilla”.
Vitamin A deficiency can cause acne and poor skin quality as well as allergic reactions. You seem to have a double whammy of that. Perilla is a herb that can decrease allergic reactions in the body; can be useful in skin problems that are exaccerbated by allergies.
