Good acne treatment for semi-oily skin?

Question: Good acne treatment for semi-oily skin?
Ok, so I have semi oily skin (next to and on nose and forehead) and I need a good acne treatment. I’ve been using store brand acne wipes, but they don’t seem to do anything but dry out my skin. I’d like to stay away from foams, gels and soaps (basically anything with bubbles) because no matter how careful I am, it always ends up in my hair. I also would like nighttime treatments because my morning and afternoon schedules are pretty hectic, but night is much more relaxed. Please don’t state proactive or anything else that costs a fortune or is herbal: I don’t have a lot of money and my dad’s a scientist. Sorry if that’s really picky, I just want to find something that really works.

Nutrients That Save Face
The key nutrients for skin health include antioxidant vitamins C and E, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin D, zinc, protein, healthy fats, and water.

* Vitamin C, vitamin E, and selenium might reduce the risk of photoaging and skin cancer.
* Vitamin A (carotenoids) helps protect skin against sun damage.
* Vitamin D helps boost immunity and aids in healing.
* Zinc helps with rapid cell growth, such as during wound repair.
* Protein provides your body with the basic building blocks for collagen, the main structural component of skin.
* Healthy fats (essential fatty acids) help maintain healthy skin cell membranes and reduce inflammation.
* Water helps keep your skin hydrated and plump.
Best Practices
# Wear conserving clothing and hats as an additional measure of protection.
# Avoid the sun during peak hours (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
-Apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes BEFORE you go out into the sun
If you go into the sun immediately after applying sunscreen, stay in the shade for the first 30 minutes.
_Reapply your sunscreen about each 2 hours.
_Use an SPF-containing lip balm whenever you are out in the sun.

Tips for Preventing Breakouts

* Select “noncomedogenic” hair, skin, and makeup products.
* Avoid touching your face with your hands. Hands can spread bacteria to facial pores.
* Rinse off soon after working out to help prevent sweat and skin oils from mixing and clogging pores.
* Avoid over washing or using harsh scrubs. These can cause excess oil production.
* Keep stress under control. Stress doesn’t cause acne, but it might lead to overproduction of skin oils.
