You can remove acne now by applying benzoyl peroxide solution or salicylic acid topical cream on your zit. Salicylic Acid is best for acne. Since you have accomplished the basic skin preparation, you are ready to get rid of zits. Having done that, its time to use a medicated moisturizer on your pimple. Ensure that your zit is one hundred percent oil free as an ointment can only make matters worse for your zit which will take a long time to cure. However you cant really stay away from applying moisturizer to your zits as if you do so your zits will end up being dry and irritable to your skin. But again, don’t try to pop it with your bacteria infested hands, I repeat do not try to pop it with your bacteria infested hands. It will make things worse and harder to get rid of zits. You can get acne vanishing creams at your local drug store or wal-mart. Try and consult a skin specialist before you purchase one and make sure you do a skin patch test before using these as some might contain chemicals harmful or allergic to your skin.
