Question: For all the girls trying to regulate hormones after the pill!!!!..(irregular periods,acne)?
I just want to tell all you girls, if you have recently came off the pill and want to concieve, try taking agnus castus. You get this from herbal shops and its brilliant. I just want o tell my story.
When i was 14 i went on the pill because i had severe facial acne, my period were regular though. So i went on it for about 6 years. I was on dianette pill. Then last year i realised i had been on the pill so long i might take a break, so i came off the dianette. I did not get my period for 6 whole months, not even spotting, i also broke out absolutely again with facial acne which is so depressing. So i had to go back on the pill again to clear it up, I tried a different pill called yasmin, which does the same as dianette only a lower dose(dianette is very strong, i wouldnt advise it to anybody). Yasmin cleared up my face again perfectly so 3 months ago i decided to come off it. So i thought i would begin taking AGNUS CASTUS that i heard was supposed to be good, i also take mutlivitamins and minerals also which i would advise. I DID get my first period, but it was a week late. and i DID get my 2nd period which was also a week late. But compared to last time not having a period, this is a large improvement. I also do not have any facial acne! Agnus castus is a herbal paper you take everyday, it helps regulate hormones, it helps with no period after the pill(in my case), it helps with acne. It stimulates you pitruity galnd to release hormones needed for conception. It helps with ovulation, and having regular period, which is necessary for conception. when I took yasmin I had my first period after I stopped taking it, it was 5 days late. But thanks for the advice for those girls you took stronger birth controls.
