Question: does anyone know how an african american girl can clear black marks left by acne?
i am 26 and i have had a bad skin for more than 10 years. i dont know what causes my acne but i have spent a fortune on visits to skin specialists with no results. the acne itself is not a huge problem because i have somehow managed to control it by taking some chinese herbal teas but it is the dark and black unsightly marks that i need to treat now. please help.

Hey you need to ex foliate regularly to clear the dead skin cells and brings out new skin. Make sure you dont overdo it. Once a week should be good enough.
I use a gel called Adapalene each alternate night. And wear good sunscreen everytime you go out!

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs.
