An Aloe Vera Moisturizer is one to consider; Aloe Vera is a 1st ingredient that I favor; it is nature at its finest. Here are few other ingredients that I like: Shay Butter, Cocoa Butter, Mango Butter, Jojoba and Rooibos Tea. Always look for natural and/or organic ingredients.

3. Hydration: Another way to fight ageing is by keeping your skin hydrated, by drinking plenty of water. A rule of thumb is to drink 64 ounces a day, but that depends on how active you are. So make your number one beverage water and adjust it by your activities.
