Question: do you know any acne remedies i can make out of these ingredient?
i need a home prefabricated remedy. that doesn’t sting and isn’t prefabricated out of that tea tree sh!+ because i don’t know what that is.
i grabbed some stuff from my kitchen that i thought would be usefull. i found organic lemon verbena honey, potatoes, lipton natuaral tea, a bunch of herbs, grapes, grape juice, apple sauce, lemon juice, vinager non fat yogurt, fruit salad and jam. i know random stuff but if you know any thing i can make out of those ingredince please tell meee!

do a regularly facial with meal and milk and leave it on for 15 min.

The lemon honey will rpobally be moisturizing, but it could clog pores and i wouldn’t reccomend putting it on acne prone areas. If there is lemon in it, you could put it on your hair and it could make it shinier, and if you go in the sun, softer.
Potatoes can be used to reduce the darkness of bags under eyes, and if you have cucumbers or cold spoons you can get rid of the actual puffyness.
I know green tea can be good for the skin, wrinkes, and cell turnover, but im not sure about lipton. are there ingrediants?
Herbs can probally make your breath smell better (if mint) or can help boost insulin production (if cinamon) or help body odor (if rosemerry) but i’d need to know the actual herbs
Grapes & grape juice dont reayy have any topical solutions, but they are amazing for the inside of your body- younger, radiant skin, helps cell turnover, i think it helps your liver, and its basically one of the number one beuaty frieus (fruits, not foods. If you want beautyfoods i would sugget wheatgrass.)
Apple sauce is porablly best to eat, the antioxiandts can help flush the body of toxicns, but try ot see if its organic, because pesticides can cause matr toxins in the body.
Lemon juice can be applied to face for softer, glowing skin, and might help with acne tratment. It will lighten the skin after prolonged use, but if you go in the sun it will make your skin sensitive, and tan easier. same with hair- it gives shine and in the sun lightens it. (it also lightens scars, but stay out of the sun if lightening scars or skintone)
Vinegar can make your laundry super clean
non fat yogurt if eaten can help intestional tracts get rid of toxins, but topically it can soothe skin fter a bad sunburn.
Friout salad has so many benifits, i would just eat it! i foyu know the individual fruits then i can help you out more (pineapple helps kill bakctearia in soar theroat, strawberriy whites whiten teeth, apple can help clean teeth, oranges and almost all toher fruits melons or veggies boost immune functions)
jam it goes good on toast
if its really sugary or grainy, and depending on what type of jam you can apply it to skin as an exfoliator, but i would beware the other ingrediants within it.
(use it kn knees or feet or something)
I would suggest putting the lemon on your skin for acne, but im not sure about much else! Drink pleanty of water and eat friots and veggies and it should help. Aviod putting anything with oil on your face, and try to find egg whites and yokls, helps with tightening skin temporarly, and reduces acne.(beat an egg, leave on skin till dry & rinse off)
