Detox – the way to a healthier life

In any normal day, you can have one or two drinks with your friends; you pass by the fast food restaurant for some french fry and hamburgeras you are do not feel like to cook, you can smoke one or two cigarettes at lunch time during work. And you do all of these activities as a habit, as a part of your daily life, unconsciously take into your system a very small amount of toxins when you consumefood, drink and even when you breath. Even Though the amount of toxins is tiny, some people think that they can accumulate daily and become very harmful to our body. As a result, we need detoxing in order to get rid of all these toxins out of our body.

 

Detox or detoxification is “an substitute medical method” in which the toxins added in our body is disposed of through diet, fasting, colon cleansing, removal of dental anagram, consumptions of some functional food and using detox devices.

 

Although being practiced by a massive number of people, detoxing is still under debate about its effectiveness and even about if the toxins said above exist or not. Human body is the most complete product of God Nature; our system has miracle capability to self detoxify and recover. However, the world that we are living in is not as perfect as it was at the time God create it. Just surrounding and our body is bearing a much harder burden. In addition, it can no longer maintain its begin up equilibrium as well as before because we our lifestyle is becoming worse and unhealthier. Moreover, life is putting more tense on us than ever before. All of these things force us to  take into our body much more toxins than ever.  Dr. Sherry Rogers wrote in her work “Detoxify or die” (a book where you can find everything you need about detoxing), that these toxins are stored in fat and our body is not prefabricated to get rid of it. That is the reason why we need detox to help our body to get rid of all these harmful chemicals.

 

Detoxing has some positive effect. The most widely seen effect is weight losing. As you consume less fat and more fibrous food and you exercise more, stored fat in our body is “burned” out to create energy. When you go througt a detoxing process, you can feel more alive because the toxins stored in your body are taken out and the large burden to your body is gone. Moreover, detoxing can also improve your mental health as it involve in preasure reduction and maintaining a positivegood mood. On the other hand, detoxification also has side effects. At the beginning of the process, the body has not been familiar with the change so you can experience the feeling of physically weak, headache, muscular sore, sleep losing  and imbalance PH condition. All of these effects usually disappear after some day.
