Wash ur face alot with a gentel cleanser, and put lime juice on ur current zits, and when u feel new zits forming, quickly put ice on it. If all else fails, ask ur doctor to perscribe you some antibiotics or SOMETHING!
first i wash my face with just plain soap and water.
then i pop or take out any white puss ( i know its nasty, but this is all the dirt and oil from your face) then you rinse your face several times with hot water. After you MAKE SURE you get some ICE and put it on your face. This will decrease redness and leave your skin soft and acne free.
I have oily skin so I use facial soaps that sort of dries out my skin, I moisturize afterwards anyway. I just use Toner that is slightly stronger than what your skin needs. I usually use clinique clarifying lotion 2, but I have a no. 3 which I use once a week to slightly peel my skin.
Okay this may or may not help you. If you live anywhere near a LUSH store. They have a bar of soap called CoalFace. Get this it’s black and smells like licorice. I only use it at night & I’ve got the softest skin in the AM. In addition, I very rarely break out (once in blue moon around “aunt flo” time) but they are not as bad as before. You can order online if it’s not close to you.
Wash your face, don’t touch your face. Use an exfoliant.
