Go to a dermatologist because acne is hormonal and there really is not natural or drug store remedy you can get that will help.

By the way acetylsalicylic acid is aspirin and it makes a good facial but it will not cure acne

I used to have bad acne when I was a teenager. Two important things are to keep you skin clean and to eat healthy. Take a multivitamin/mineral. Take extra zinc and vitamin A. Eat raw vegetable salads regularly. Drink plenty of water. Stay away from carbonated drinks, candy and chips. I wash my face with NOXZEMA skin cream.

I had really bad acne but I got rid of it using a combination of Cetafil Normal to Oily Skin face wash at night and morning and a light amount of Aveeno moisturizer.

Vitamin A, but you would have to take in very large amounts. This is truly the only one out there that will have any affect in the treatment of acne

i hear this really is great stuff. all my daughter’s friends use it and she used it only once and her acne went away overnight..

i am buying some for her

    I heard Echinacea’s good.

But what i normally did was alternate between ACV, bittegourd tea and lemon water daily. Recently mostly on bittegourd tea . Pretty effective on my acnes. Cleanse your body system and maintain your weight as well.

My borther’s friend (a guy) has been consuming bittergourd regularly (if not daily) ever since he’s a kid and has the smoothes of skin (he’s adult now). But of course bittergourd may not be palatable to many……

Believe it or not – it’s good essential fatty acids that you need.

Whenever we think acne, we think we get it from fatty foods which is quite possible…but essential fatty acids are different: They are natural oils that our bodies require for hormone production and things like nice skin…

You can try oils in your diet such as flax seed oil, hemp seed oil, sunflower seed oil…go to a local health food store and they can show you what they have. They need to be kept in the fridge to keep fresh. Be sure that they are COLD-PRESSED (meaning no heat was involved in extracting the oils) and organic is good too. You can take it on a spoon if you can tolerate it, or mix it up and make your own salad dressings, or put it in a smoothie drink, blending it in.

B- Vitamins help ( B-complex: a balance of all the B’s in a capsule of about 50mg each/daily), and vitamin C (about 500 mg/daily helps with infection and prevents scarring).

Drink lots of water! Flush out any toxins from your system.

    Hope it helps!!!

i don’t know of any supplements, but i do know that i eliminated certain foods from my diet for a week or so at a time and saw that my skin cleared up significantly when i ate less chocolate (which really made me mad because i’m a choco-holic)…i try to avoid that now…i also drink a ton of water and eat as much green leafy things as i can tolerate…salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide are both good ingredients but neither are natural…tea tree oil is natural and can be applied topically but it tends to dry out skin…(that’s another thing…i break out worse if my skin is dry)…your best bet is to figure out what causes your acne and find a routine that controls it…including moisturizing and spot treatments…it’s also quite different if you’re an adult or if you’re a teen…good luck…
