I’ve never had an acne problem so I don’t know specifically what works, however I have had psoriasis for a long time and it’s getting better.
The book that has the information that you’re asking for is called, “Natural Cures they don’t want you to know about,” by Kevin Trudeau. Diet is definitely key. You can probably get this book on loan from your local library, that’s what I did.
