I know just how you feel. I have exzema, sensative skin, and body acne as well.
The best thing thats worked for me, Is Dead Sea Salt. Get the real kind, I personally use unscented. You put about a cup of it in your warm bath water. It helps reduce the acne, And it really helps muscle aches and stress. There’s also this new cleanser by nuetrogena, And its oil-free stress acne wash. It helps me ALOT. Try both of these. Dead sea salt is kinda expensive, but its so worth it.

i have a rare acne disease called hidrodenitis suppurativa and what i find that helps at times is antibiotics like Doxycyclin, dont know if i spelled that right but in any case it helps but does not cure.
i dont think there really is a cure for any kind of acne.
sometimes a Dermatologist can suggest stuff that can help.
