6 things must be done EVERYDAY to reduce/prevent acne: 1)Wash, Tone, Moisturize Face 2 or 3 Times 2)Don't Let Dirty Things Touch Face 3)Eat Healthy Food, Limit Junk Food 4)Take Multi Vitamin Mineral 5)Drink About 64 oz Pure Water 6)Do 20 to 30 Min Aerobic Exercise. Doing 1 or a few of these will NOT keep skin clear as possible!

Must use 3 things on face: Wash, Toner, Moisturizer. Do this at least 2x a day, morning & night (possibly 3rd time, midday, if super oily/sweating). Products that work for one person may not work for another person, so always do small patch test on face for a couple of days to see how skin will react to product! Don't quickly jump from product to product! Give skin a break before trying new product to prevent irritation! Natural & gentle products are sometimes more effective than acne medicine!

NATURAL & GENTLE: Wash face with warm water & Purpose Gentle Cleansing Bar by Johnson & Johnson. Tone face with Witch Hazel (Thayers or Dickinson's) or Homemade Toner. Witch Hazel reduces bacteria/swelling, minimizes size of skin pores, helps acne. Make toner by mixing 1 part Organic Apple Cider Vinegar With The Mother (Bragg Organic Apple Cider) with 5 parts pure water. Test small area! If burns/to drying, use more water! Use at least 1 part water! Less Water = Stronger, More Drying Formula. This vinegar kills bacteria, absorbs excess oil, dries out pimples, lightens scars, refines skin tone. Don't use other types of vinegar, will damage skin! Moisturize face with Lily Of The Desert Aloe Vera Gelly, its 99% organic, contains vitamin A, C, E! Aloe vera helps renew skin cells, heals blemishes/scars. Don't use other brands of aloe, has very little aloe & to much junk in it which can irritate skin!

ACNE MEDICINE: Try 1 of these active ingredients for a period of time to see if skin improves: Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, Sulfur, Alpha Hydroxy Acid, Beta Hydroxy Acid, Lactic Acid, Glycolic Acid. Try acids by Perfect Peel Solutions, Cellbone Technology, Skin Laboratory, Alpha Hydrox/Neoteric Cosmetics. Acid heals acne, cyst, scars! If over the counter medicine doesn't work, see doctor to get stronger medicine.

FACE PRODUCTS & MAKEUP: Only use oil free products that won't clog pores! Using a Makeup Finish or Makeup Setting Spray (Skindinavia, Model In A Bottle, Sephora) will give you shine-free skin all day! Old makeup, makeup tools harbor bacteria, Use fresh makeup, wash/replace tools often! Wash makeup off face before going to bed!

FACE MASK can be done once a week. Make mask by mixing plain oatmeal with water. Oatmeal is soothing, absorbs excess oil, makes skin smoother. Wash face with warm water, apply mask. Leave on for 20 min or until it dries. Rinse off with warm water, Apply toner & moisturizer.

HANDS-HAIR-STUFF: Keep dirt & bacteria at bay to prevent more breakouts! Don't touch face with hands, Don't let phone nor dirty oily hair touch face, Don't lean face on objects, Clean glasses often, Wash pillowcase, sheets, blanket, washcloth, towel often. Always wash hands before applying face products!

KEEP MOVING: Aerobic Exercise, Face Massage, Dry Skin Brushing increases circulation & delivery of nutrients to skin cells, encourages good blood supply, helps remove toxins, controls acne breakouts! Do 20to30 min of exercise, everyday or every other day! For outstanding results, do all 3 activities, everyday! When exercising, drink water & immediately take a shower to remove sweat & dirt! For face massage, wash hands & face, apply toner, use aloe vera as massage gel. Do 10 min massage before going to bed. Don't wash face again, let aloe dry on face. Buy any book on face massage like the, Ten Minute Facelift by Jennie Harding. Dry Skin Brushing must be done correctly & carefully, read book, Dr. Berkowsky's Vital Chi Skin Brushing System by Bruce Berkowsky! Never brush delicate face! Take shower after brushing to wash off dead skin & dirt!

DIET & LIFESTYLE: Research has shown that there is a connection between certain kinds of food & acne! Read book The Clear Skin Diet by Alan C. Logan & Valori Treloar! This book has detailed info on what to eat and not to eat to help reduce/prevent acne! Always eat healthy food - fruit, vegetables, lean meat, fiber, beans, wholegrains, foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids, zinc, vitamin A & C. Limit intake of frozen meals, dairy, milk, fat, oil, butter, greasy/fried foods, sugar, candy, salt, dessert, caffeine, coffee, pop, alcohol. Always avoid cigarettes, tobacco, illegal drugs! Its hard to get all vitamins minerals skin needs, so take supplement everyday! Overdosing on vitamins minerals from food or supplements is dangerous! Drinking about 64 oz of pure water everyday improves skin quality, flushes out toxins, delivers nutrients to skin! You can also include 100% Fruit Juice as part of your daily total. Acne can be caused or aggravated by constipation, make sure bow movements are regular! Getting enough sleep helps skin repair itself!

To get rid of acne and black heads 1/4 a lemon and rub it on your face.

To even out your skin tone, apply a moisturiser and primer before you use foundation (brushes are best for this).

To get rid of pores you can either buy pore strips or use a face scrub to take out all the dirt which clogs the pores. You should use a puff of flat brush to apply a powder and pat don't sweep so that it fills the pores not covers.

To keep away the shine you should get a piece of tissue and half it so it is only one sheet thin and then use it as a subsitute of bloting paper.

To get rid of redness either use a green concealer or eyeshadow, or apply aloe vera gel/mask as this will soothe the skin.

To get rid of dark circles, make a cup of tea then freeze the used tea bags for arounf 15 minutes and put it on your eyes.

to make your skin glow, mix the juice of half a lemon with two teaspoons of honey and apply it to the skin. make sure you rinse it off.

I found you a great video to naturally darken hair it is great, here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p83lKQ5FqRU.

To make hair shiny, add a bit of lemon juice and olive oil to your shampoo or conditioner, and rinse with very cold water to seal the cuticles of the hair and lock in the moisture.

to protect hair from the sun, use the charles worthington hair protectio spray which is available at 'boots' and even 'home bargains' it looks like this : http://www.handbag.com/cm/handbaguk/images/96/or_3f01b256124663548225436.jpg to protect from chlorine and salt water, wet hair and apply a leave in conditioner to disable the absorption of salt and chlorine. Then deep condition after wards.

To make eyelashes thicker and longer, rub vaseline onto your lashline, very carefully so that you dont get it into your eyeballs. and massage gently so you dont loosen your eyelashes.

You can use a tinted moisturizer (not the foundation kind ) to slowly make your tan last longer.

you could get a cuticle pusher to push back your cuticles so they are even.

sorry i didnt answer them all:/

Ok all those natural remedies might help only for a short period of time. If you want them to go away forever you really have to see a doctor who can prescribe tablets called roaccatan.
Try putting ice on the acne, at night use Neutrogena for acne face wash, it helps alot and always use sunblock that does not clog pores.

Sorry I've never had any natural treatment for acne but I would recommend Lymecyceline to anyone. Mine went in about 6 weeks of having them. They can be prescribed by a Doctor and they are very good. Good luck anyway

beat up the white of an egg and a teaspoon of lemmon juice and mix it , then add a bit of powdered oats mix until it looks like a past put it all over your face and leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse it off with warm water.

Next make a toner with boiling water and dryed basil. Put basil in boiling water. Wait till the water cools then apply to your face with a clean cotton ball.

Then mix any type of your favourite facial cream (about 1 tablespoon) with 7 drops of tea tree oil mix together and rub gently on your face.

Also if you drink green tea after you eat it helps break down the food some how that it helps with acne. I tried this if you drink like 6 cups of green tea a day it really helps.

I hope i helped

Have you actually been diagnosed with rosacea?
There are several reasons, other than rosacea, why a person might have facial redness. Here are just a FEW other possibilities:
- genetics / heredity / hormones
- medication induced
- allergies
- thyroid problems
- lupus
- hyperpyrexia
- chronic excessive blushing (medical disorder)

For an accurate, professional diagnosis you would really need to consult your doctor or a certified dermatologist.
It's always easier (& safest) to treat something, once you actually know for certain what you're dealing with.

Living with rosacea is about educating yourself, learning & understanding your own personal triggers, and adjusting your lifestyle accordingly. AVOID your food & environmental triggers so you can avoid flare-ups of redness.

Check these sites to learn more about possible triggers...
- http://www.drnase.com/misc_2.htm

Many people find food with histamines aggravate their redness. You may also want to try eating a more alkaline diet to help reduce redness & flare-ups. - http://www.rosacea-ltd.com/rosaceadiet.p…

Drink more water and avoid all alcohol & caffeine products (coffee, tea, pop, etc..) Alcohol & caffeine will actually dehydrate your skin. Water re-hydrates from the inside out. Drinking water helps to wash out the toxins in your body. As well, alcohol is generally a known trigger for most rosacea people.

Increase your omega 3 fatty acids by taking supplements such as Evening Primrose Oil, fish oils, etc… And by eating walnuts, hazelnuts, or pecan nuts (if you’re not allergic)
Ground Fennel seeds and Flax seeds, as well as Flax seed Oil supplements (omega 3’s) also act as anti-inflammatories. (reduce redness)
Omega 3’s aid in proper digestion and healthier skin.

Try increasing your intake of vitamin D through supplements (1000 – 4000 IU/day) and B-complex to aid in healthier skin and maintaining a healthier immune system.

Some people have had success using Turmeric orally or topically. (reduce redness & pustules)

Have a daily facial cleansing routine (2x daily, morning & night) Do not scrub as this will irritate the skin.

Earth Science has an herbal facial mist that is an oil-free moisturizer which is sprayed (misted) directly onto your face. If you store it in the fridge, it is very refreshing and helps cool and lower the skin temperature of the face immediately. Because it's a mist, it can easily be applied anytime.

Moisturize:
- if possible use lotion containing certified green algae or aloe vera gel (use lotions, not creams, as lotion is more gentle on the skin and absorbs more easily)
- Neutrogena makes an excellent moisturizer, simply called "Moisture". It's oil-free, fragrance-free, alcohol-free and they have a type that is specifically made for sensitive skin.
- Aveeno has some excellent products for sensitive skin, including; Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion, and Stress Relief Moisturizing Lotion.

There are products you can buy that are specifically made to help reduce facial redness:
- Guinot has a face cream called RED LOGIC which claims to neutralize the appearance of red blood vessels.
- LaTherapie Paris has a fortifying skin cream that is supposed to help soften high colour (reduce redness)
- Avene Redness Relief soothing cream - http://www.aveneusa.com/phys-ex-physicia…

I know there are other brands and products that may be similar. You need to find the one that works best with your skin and your body chemistry. Check your local drug store or cosmetics department.

Here are a few other helpful, (and natural) hints for a better complexion for a lifetime:
- only use gentle, fragrance-free, oil-free, alcohol-free cleansers on your face.
- avoid extended periods in direct sun (always use sunblock for sensitive skin, with 15 - 30 spf)
- avoid extreme weather conditions as much as possible (hot, cold, windy...)
- avoid really hot things. Hot showers & hot tubs, hot drinks (the heat will dilate blood vessels causing more redness)

- avoid spicy foods, greasy foods, and foods with a high refined-sugar content. (these foods disrupt the natural digestive processes of the body)
- eat foods high in anti-oxidants; such as blueberries, cranberries, purple grapes, broccoli, etc..

Try to cut down on excessive stress in your life. Stress can be a trigger and can easily magnify a multitude of conditions and their symptoms.

Set a goal to try to get at least 7 - 8 hours of sleep each night (aids in the healing processes of the body)
http://www.selfhealingempowerment.com/ar…

Check out the sites below for more information regarding facial redness & rosacea...

Check these sites to learn more about possible triggers…
- http://www.rosacea.org/patients/material…
- http://www.drnase.com/misc_2.htm

Many people find food with histamines aggravate their redness. You may also want to try eating a more alkaline diet to help reduce redness & flare-ups. – http://www.rosacea-ltd.com/rosaceadiet.p…

Because it’s a mist, it can easily be applied anytime.

Moisturize:
- if possible use lotion containing certified green algae or aloe vera gel (use lotions, not creams, as lotion is more gentle on the skin and absorbs more easily)
- Neutrogena makes an excellent moisturizer, simply called “Moisture”. It’s oil-free, fragrance-free, alcohol-free and they have a type that is specifically made for sensitive skin.

- Avene Redness Relief soothing cream – http://www.aveneusa.com/phys-ex-physicia…

- avoid extended periods in direct sun (always use sunblock for sensitive skin, with 15 – 30 spf)
- avoid extreme weather conditions as much as possible (hot, cold, windy…)
- avoid really hot things. Hot showers & hot tubs, hot drinks (the heat will dilate blood vessels causing more redness)

- avoid spicy foods, greasy foods, and foods with a high refined-sugar content. (these foods disrupt the natural digestive processes of the body)
- eat foods high in anti-oxidants; such as blueberries, cranberries, purple grapes, broccoli, etc..

Try to cut down on excessive stress in your life. Stress can be a trigger and can easily magnify a multitude of conditions and their symptoms.

Set a goal to try to get at least 7 – 8 hours of sleep each night (aids in the healing processes of the body)

Niacinamide face cleansing pads are effective and simple way to keep acne away. Just place a pad on the pimple and watch it fade away. Lavender Oil helps prevent skin drying. The pads help with rosacea too.
Niacinamide pads are also known as Vitamin B3 pads or Nicotinamide pads.
Give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised.

well for good skin you need three main things:
1. A cleanser
2. a moisturizer
3. a zit zapping cream you put after all these steps.

you can get some really cheap products for those at the pharmacy. clean and clear works well. But remember when you first you will break out when using a new product because it's bringing all the under the skin zits out. drink water too. Btw i don't think your hair products would do this to you but just to see stop them and use something else :)
