Can anybody tell me if Blue Herbal Gel Cleanser and Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion of Kiehl’s can effectly remove acnes on the face?

Not unless suggested by a dermatologist (skin specialist). Any ad is just promoting a product to make money. Check with pharmacist or dermatologist. In meantime, cleanse, tone at least 2 times/day. Take cleansing pads with you for use at school, etc.
