I am 37 yr old female and have had it since I was 14 up until 1.2 yr ago. If you google “chelator for skin” pronounced keelator, it will bring up info on MD Skincare. I read about MD skincare in a magazine, a beauty magazine about how this particular skincare line created by this doctor had chelators in its product that eliminated hard water minerals from the skin, well, actually neautralizing them. This was a cause of acne for many people who find that they have tried everything and it still persisted. I bought MD Skincare Hydra pure mist spray for $32 at Ulta, a nationwide chain that carries beauty products and so forth. You have to know that I have been on 4 rounds of Accuane over a 5 yrs period, (acne always returned) and every prescription known to man. I had never heard of minerals left on the skin from bathing and such that caused acne. I had it everywhere, pustules huge blood filled ones, and smaller ones, so I had been very desperate and researching for many years, anyway, I just used this spray after bathing and washing my face and literally within 3 days no more breakouts, and within a week and a half no more acne. To this day I use it faithfully and when I run out, it returns quickly. I now order it on ebay for less than what I pay at Ulta or Sephora, I stock up on it now. It has literally saved my skin. I am still working my way back on the damage that acne did to my self esteem. I had it SEVERE. YOu know it is bad when a dermatologist says she has never seen it completely engulf one’s face. I have gone back to beauty school to pick back up on what I had started years ago but could not. I was ugly. I get strong chemicals peels at a medical spa about every 3 months. Now u would never know that I had it completely covering my face. Barely any scarring. I have gone into forums letting people know about this awesome product. Just try it, if one of the stores I listed above are in your area buy it and if after 2 weeks u feel that it is not working, you can return it with the receipt

I’ve always been really skeptical about choosing new acne products because if I have something that even semi works, I don’t want to risk switching to something that doesn’t work and causes me to waste my money. I also have always had such a hard time telling myself to wash my face in the winter time, because every time I get it wet it seems to dry out more and more!
When I found out about Acnezine I looked into it and read a really positive review, and noticed that they offer a completely free trial. I assumed I was going to try it out and it wasn’t going to work, than I wouldn’t have to worry about wasting money because hey – its free!
However, I found out that Acnezine really is an effective and quick working product. It actually cleared my face up, which never seemed to happen to me before! The antioxidants eliminated all of the bad bacteria on my skin, but left the good bacteria so my pealing winter skin healed! Also, my skin didn’t have to fight harsh chemicals away by producing excess bacteria (causing more acne).
What really got me about this product is that it worked for both me and my teenage daughter, which is wonderful because teen acne and adult acne are so different! (We both also found that it works on our embarrassing body acne instead of just facial acne too!)
After doing more research on Acnezine I found that it has been featured in MSNBC, Fox News, CNN and more because of how reliable it is! I recommended it to my own daughter after I used it, it truly is remarkable.

Go to your dermatologist and ask for Duac (acne medicine) and Atralin (gel exfoliant) these things are amazing. Very cheap as well, I have been living off of their samples actually. Steam your face over boiling water with a towel on your head and it will help open your pores and release toxins, debris, etc. Also in the shower don’t cleanse your face til the end of it, that’s when your pores are open the most. Also have you tried Noxzema face pads? When you get out of the shower towel dry your face as well. In addition to all of this im not sure if you have oily skin or not but make sure you get some clean and clear oil absorbing face pads- lots of times you may have oil on your face and not even realize it. They help alot but i guess most importantly drink lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of water.

    hope this helps.

In episodes where acne is extremely severe, another oral medication known as Isotretinoin (Accutane) is one of the most effective treatments with successful results. However, all these medications can cause negative side effects and it is important that you inform your health practitioner or dermatologist immediately.

It is also important to develop a good skincare routine that involves cleansing your skin in the mornings, evenings and after workouts. By adjusting your lifestyle and incorporating a healthy diet, exercise, drinking lots of water and getting adequate sleep will also help to make a significant difference to your skin’s appearance.

Herbs have proven to be a more natural, gentle alternative for the treatment of acne rather than the harsh, synthetic chemicals used in over-the-counter products and conventional medications. Not only are herbal remedies safe and effective to use, they also support the skin, immune and digestive systems.

Two carefully selected herbal ingredients such as Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree Oil), Azadirachta indica and Arctium lappa contain antibacterial, anti-fungal and antiseptic properties and are not only effective for acne but for other skin conditions too. Other herbs such as Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos) and Bulbine frutescence have wonderful antioxidant and healing properties and also help to prevent skin infection and provide ongoing relief. In addition, Lavender Essential Oil acts as a circulatory stimulant and antiseptic, and is used to treat burns and wounds and to prevent scarring.

Here are some natural treatments to get rid of pimples :

    1. Tea tree oil is a popular home remedy for pimple. It is an essential oil that is diluted and applied topically to pimple lesions.

    2. Zinc is another popular home remedy for pimple. A couple of research studies have found that zinc is somewhat effective.

    3. Garlic juice is an effective way as a natural pimple treatment because garlic is a natural antibacterial agent. It contains sulfur which is nature’s antibiotic.

    4. Honey contains potassium, which suffocates bacteria in pimple cells to get rid of pimples faster.

    5. Dandelion is very effective in fighting pimple. Use the complete dandelion plant.

Try putting toothpaste (paste, NOT gel) on your face, cover it with a bandage, and keep it on all night. When you wash it off in the morning your acne will look better. The astringent and surfactant nature of the toothpaste will help diminish the appearance of pimples. But the toothpaste has been known to burn sensitive skin of the face, so be careful. If your face does burn, stop acne treatments and work on healing your burn.

Try using Bentonite Clay, a natural mineral powder which has been known to absorb impurities and help neutralise the skin’s oiliness, and can be found online. Mix 2 tablespoons with a dash of cold water and smooth over the face as a thick paste. Once dried gently wipe off with a flannel or sponge.

Another way to zap pimples is shaving cream. Apply it to your pimple and it will dry it up. It disappears by morning, but washes your face after waking up. If nothing is working for you, drink four tablespoons of apple cider vinegar diluted with water daily. It works very well for some people and is worth a try. Another good solution is aloe Vera gel fresh from the plant, taken orally.

You can also try taking a zinc tablet everyday.

Mix some lemon juice and rose water in a small bowl and apply it on your pimples, ONLY YOUR PIMPLES, over night. It will burn a little. When you wake up in the morning, your pimples will reduce.

    Good Luck…

Acne can be a real problem for some people and it can be very difficult to deal with when you feel that there is nothing that you can do to help clear the skin blemishes that are a result of zits and pimples. However, a few simple tips for getting rid of acne can really help to put you back on the right track to having healthier and clearer looking skin. Naturally, if you have a really serious acne problem then you may need to see an acne specialist, doctor or dermatologist. They will be able to accurately recommend the best treatments for your current skin condition but that does not mean that you cannot try to do the best for your skin as well.

In fact, one of the best tips for getting rid of acne is to make an appointment with your doctor or dermatologist. In all actuality this simple step is what many people try to avoid. If their acne is not that bad then they seem to think that they can find the cure themselves, but if you don’t know what your are looking for it can be very difficult to find the right acne cleanser or solution. A simple visit to the doctor or dermatologist in order to obtain some clear skin treatment advice can be a great help and naturally they can recommend the best treatment for you. This can save you lots of time trying out different things without any real knowledge of what will work best for your particular skin condition or blemish.

One of the most useful tips for getting rid of acne is also one of the most obvious; you need to keep your skin clean by gentle washing with products that will not make your acne worse. This may sound very straightforward but many doctors believe it is best to avoid perfumed soaps or products that have lots of added ingredients. A simple perfume free and uncolored soap might well be the easiest and cheapest way of cleaning your skin.

Another one of the best tips for getting rid of acne is to make sure that eat you eat well and drink enough water. You can make a great deal of difference in your efforts to achieve clear skin and eliminate your acne if you have a good diet that is low in saturated fats and sugars and high in fresh fruits and vegetables and also if you drink enough water and not too much coffee or sugary drinks. Probably the best advice you can get is to look after your skin without the use of any complicated products, keep it clean and use the acne treatments that are recommended by your doctor or dermatologist. If you do this then you’re acne should be well on the way to getting much better.
