Question : C? Mo prevent acne?, They pass m? S time in a dirty environment and what is the best natural cleaning ? I recently changed jobs and am constantly around the dirt and automobile exhaust. Yeah your enviroment does sound very dirty , car exhaust etc will make acne a hell of a lot worse .Make sure every morning before you go to work you srub your face with soap .But that won’t be enough hun , after you done that you should get an acne cream like http://www.StopMyAcne.Info I know its not natural but this is very cheap and it will start to prevent acne and then eventually get rid of it no time , got rid of mine in like 2 weeks , so you should give it a go

keep ur forehead,hair and face free from dirts
Drink more water 3litres atleast
Reduce oily and spicy foods
Apply vitamin E oil regularly.
Follow any 1 method below regularly
1.Make a paste by mixing honey and cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. Repeat for two weeks, pimples will disappear forever
2.Make orange peel paste by grinding it in some water. Apply on and around pimples.
3.Apply juice of raw papaya (including the skin and seed) on swelling pimples or acne.
4.Make a paste of sandalwood with rose water. Apply on affected area. Wash it off after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.
U can try anti-pimple facial also in good parlor or skin clinic
