Oats and honey, you need to pulverize oats just blend them safe half for exfoliating 2 times a week with a bit of water leave it for 5 mins.
The rest put honey in your hand and oats, mix and put it in clean face for 10 mins, rinse and if you have chance to buy roses water, use it every day after washing your face.

Try an egg white mask. Just whip up an egg white in a bowl and apply it to your skin. (Note: If you you don’t like the smell, you can a smidgeon of Vanilla to the mixture.) Let the mask dry completely on your face and then rinse it off. It’s really good for your skin and has a lot of Vitamin A in it. You’ll be amazed at how smooth your skin is afterwards. Good luck.

Avocado oil is an excellent moisturiser for dry or dehydrated skin, and fine ageing skin, or for eczema and psoriasis.

Jojoba is another great oil to use as it reduces fine lines, maintains health of ageing skin and clears acne.

For basic face masks I have used the following:

Moisturising mask: 2 drops each of frankincense, rose, neroli in 30ml (1fl oz/ 6 tsps apricot oil with 1 tsp warmed, melted, clear honey, mixed with enough finely ground almond to make a soft paste.

Deep cleansing mask: 2 drops geranium, 3 drops lavender and 1 drop lemon in 30ml ( 1fl oz/6tsps) hot water, mixed with enough kaolin to make a smooth paste.

Relaxing mask: 2 drops each violet, lavender and neroli in 30 ml ( 1fl oz/6 tsps) sweet almond oil, with enough oatmeal to make a paste.

Energising mask: 2 drops each ylang-ylang, petitgrain and lemon in 30 ml (1fl oz/ 6 tsps ) iced water, with enough ground almond to make a smooth paste.

Anti-ageing mask: 2 drops each neroli, mandarin, and orange in 30ml (1fl oz /6 tsps) evening primrose with 1 tsp of warmed, melted clear honey, mixed with enough ground almond to make a smooth paste.

Always remember when using aromatherapy oils to do a patch test first ( do not use if pregnant or have certain conditions) if in doubt always contact your GP or professional aromatherapist.
