Honestly, nothing really works wonders and makes acne disappear altogether. But i know that for some people a steam facial works.
You boil some water in a pan, then you place it on a bench, you place your face near the steam, not in the water, and a towel over your head like a tent so the steam doesn’t escape. and you let the steam unclog the pores on your face. You don’t do it for more than 10 minutes though. Then you use some ice or cold water on your face to close the pores.
