Best Acne Remedy Natural and/or Product?

Question: Greatest Acne Remedy Natural and/or Product?
So I’m kinda sick and exhausted of having acne. Isn’t everyone? I haven’t used Proactive because I can’t get my hands on it and my parents refuse to pay for it. I have used St. Ives and Neutrogena they prefabricated me breakout even more and St. Ives over dried my skin. Clean and Clear worked for a tiny while then I started breaking out (not a clue why, I didn’t change anything) I have good intake habits I don’t consume junk and crap. I drink water and live mainly off of all natural foods, fruits, veggies, pasta. Nothing considered bad for you.
I’m in theatre and my director is a tiny picky about our skin and such and I have done some things with modeling and I know photographers don’t like acne haha
So anyways.. I have mainly dry skin that sometimes gets oily around my T-zone and chin. I breakout on the middle of my cheeks, chin, nose, and on my forehead. Like tiny bumps that get a bigger. I am always stressed (which is hard to fix because I have depression issues, joy) and yeah. Whether it’s natural or some product I don’t care.
So someone PLEASE HELP!

No lie it works!

    This is going to sound gross but I have seen it work. I used to have a cousin that had terrible acne, I mean really bad! His mom would use egg whites and make a mask and leave it until it harden, after a month of doing this once a week, beyond the morning and nightly face wash, his skin cleared up. Worth a shot.

    You could try products that contain salicylic acid as the main ingredient. Since your skin is so sensitive, I would stay away from anything that has benzoyl-peroxide in it.

    Also, use a gentle cleaner for your face, but don’t use anything that has sodium dodecyl sulfates (SLS) or parabens as preservatives.

    As for the stress (which probably aggravates your acne issue), drink some white or green tea daily and take B vitamins.

    Since acne is also related to hormones, I would limit the foods that have high amounts of female-like hormones, such as tofu and avocados.
