Herbs for Acne

Question: Anyone know or can recommend any anti-acne diets?
I’m looking for any kind of diet, anything that will work to clear up acne. Or any natural way to do it, no over the counter drugs or medicine.

I’ll tell you what worked for me years ago—not really a drug or medicine. Clinique (and possibly other companies) have an anti-bacterial face soap. Wash twice a day–religiously!! Morning and night. Cleared mine up within a month and it never got bad again. Simple, but effective.
