Any natural cures that will cure my acne?

Question: Any natural cures that will cure my acne?
I am not looking for medications or accutane and pro activ. I am speaking about herbs or creams you can find at a foreign store. Something that comes from mom nature. No drugs at all. I have delt with acne since I was 12 and I am 20 and it has ruin my image as a person. I have real bad self esteem problems right now. Thanks for the responses, josh

I use Waterlily smoothing facial exfoliant and most of the water Lilly range is natural (from where i get it from) I live in Australia though so i don’t know if you can get it. Trust me it works but you need to use the cleanser with it.

First off, I’d like to say I completely undertstand how you feel because I have suffered with acne since puberty until now (I’m 28 now). I know how hard it is to deal with. I commend you for wanting to use all-natural treatments as opposed to the treatments filled with harsh, synthetic chemicals. Now-a-days, most people have been brainwashed into thinking the only way to cure acne (or keep it under control) is to scrub their face day and night with harsh, irritating and potentially dangerous products. What a lot of people don’t understand is that the cause of acne has nothing to do with poor hygeine and over-cleansing the face with harsh products can actually irritate the skin and make the acne worse.

100% pure Tea Tree essential oil is known for helping with acne.
Tea tree oil is an oil extracted from the leaves of the Australian Melaleuca Alternafolia tree. It has powerful anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral qualities.

In fact it has been proven effective killing acne bacteria when topically applied. And because of that it is often used as a replacement to benzoyl peroxide in many of the “natural” acne treatments.

Tea Tree oil is one of the very few essential oils that can be applied “as is” to the skin – it doesn’t need to be diluted. Just put some Tea Tree oil on a cotton ball and gently apply to the affected areas of the skin.

You can find pure Tea Tree oil at just about any store that sells natural products. You’ll want to check the ingredient label though to make sure it is in fact 100% pure Tea Tree oil (with no additives or “fillers” of any kind). Also, it is always best to get organic essential oils if you can find and/or afford them. One very trusted company that sells organic pure essential oils is Simplers Botanical Company. I’ve listed their website below.

There are a few companies that make and sell 100% natural (chemical-free) products that you may want to check out. Aubrey Organics has a skincare line for different skin types, including combination skin and oily skin. I, personally, use Aubrey Organics and am happy with the results of their products. You can find Aubrey Organics at just about any natural store or you can order online. Another company that uses all-natural ingredients in their products is Suki. Suki has a Lemongrass facial cleanser and White Willow facial toner that is oily skin/acne specific and I’ve read several positive reviews on these products. I actually am going to try Suki for myself soon. Another company with all-natural products is Terressentials. I’ve listed all the websites below for you.

Good luck! Keep in mind that there is no magical “cure” for acne but there are several things you can do to keep it under control. You’re doing the right thing by using all-natural products. :-)
