Well I’m not to sure if you have it laying around in the house but I really recommend that you go out and bye some. I have struggled with acne for awhile and have tried everything. But recently I came across some naturall stuff and honestly it works. Its apple cider vinigar. After washing your face with a mild soap at bed time put the acv on a cotton swab and rub all over your face. I must worn you though this stuff really stinks bad. But if you could take the smell it will be worth it. I’ve been using this for 4 days now and see a big improvement in my skin.

You may have a hard time finding something around your house to clear acne…I have pasted my response to another question about acne below that I thought would help.

My daughter was having a problem with breakouts. Turns out we think she had a sensitivity to products containing Salicylic Acid, because as soon as she stopped using these products her face cleared up some. We thought trying products with Benzoyl Peroxide worked best. She wanted to try Proactiv…I ordered Proactiv for her via to internet, but it was expensive and she needed something to get her through until it arrived in the mail. I went to Target (also available at Walgreens) and bought her this 3 part system called Acne Free (about $17.00-20.00), this stuff has worked wonders!!! It was worth the price and within 1 week her face was tremendously better. Proactiv also worked, but it was more than twice as expensive for the same amount and we had to wait to get it in the mail. The only thing was that it did dry her face out a little so she used a moisturizer (without any type of oil) to repenish her skin. Hope this helps.
