Treating acne in pregnant women with natural remedies is best option. Ensuring nutritious diet, sufficient sleep, relieving stress and using natural dietary supplements can help in preventing occurrence or aggravation of acne.
Colloidal silver is considered as one of the safest natural supplements. Colloidal silver is manufactured from pure silver through non-chemical process. The microscopic silver particles in colloidal silver supplement are simple for absorption by the body cells. These particles eliminate bacteria by affecting enzymes essential for growth of bacteria and killing them.
Use of dietary supplements like colloids is one of the remedies preferred by many sufferers. Hormonal imbalances can be repaired with dietary supplements and Colloidal Silver is a natural supplement. Furthermore, Colloidal Silver is also known for its proprietary of killing bacteria and hence can be used in treatment of acne. We will elaborate on this proprietary of Colloidal Silver in the succeeding paragraphs.
Cleansing regimens, medications, surgical procedures, and a host of over the counter and natural supplements bombard the market on a regularly basis. However, much of the success of treating acne comes from treating the body from the inside out – much the way that vitamins for acne claim to work.
Good herbal supplements should contain balanced quantities of all essential herbs – Bergamot, Burdock, Chamomile, Dandelion root, Lavender, Juniper and the like of highest standard and quality. You can rely on the supplements marketed by companies that have a proven track record.
Not only will vitamins and herbal supplements help improve your overall health but they can also help control and prevent acne over time. Small doses of Vitamin A can help reduce the production of sebum and keratin. Vitamin B6, which aids in the metabolism of hormones, is an anti-oxidant and is helpful in dealing with mid-cycle or premenstrual acne. Vitamin B5 has been shown in current studies to help with the over-production of oil with none of the side effects found in over the counter medications. Insufficient amounts of Vitamin B2 can actually cause oily skin. In fact the whole range of B vitamins will help keep your skin clear.
Vegetable oil is most commonly used as a cooking oil, such as sunflower oil. To clear acne you must not use this type of cooking oil. Vegetable oil is also found as an ingredient in several foods, so you should be sure to check the food ingredients classify for vegetable oil before buying your food if you want to clear acne.
Acne products and medications don’t have the same effects in each individual. It might work for some but it might not work for others. It is very important to find out one product that will truly work for you. You must always remember that Colloidal Silver is just one of the many acne products sold in the market and it can cure your acne. As mentioned earlier, one of the causes of acne is hormonal imbalance. If you want to correct that imbalance, then Colloidal Silver is the product for you.
Omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil supplements are very anti-inflammatory and shown to help acne caused by hormones only when supplemented in the clinically proven doses. But make sure you are getting more of the actual Omega-3 acids and not just the fish oil.

Acne | Treatment | a Natural & Holistic Approach
Acne is due to a hormone imbalance causing the sebaceous glands to produce too much sebum. This blocks the pores and causes a bacterial infection – the bacteria involved are called Probionibacterium acne (P. acne).
Factors that can contribute to acne are oily skin, heredity, menstruation and some contraceptives (both increase levels of progesterone in the body), and an overgrowth of candida (a yeast) in the gut that causes hormonal changes.

The best way to check what bra size you need is to stand straight and wrap a tape measure around the ribcage, under the bust. Pull it so that it is firm but not tight. This will give you the size of your required band. To check the cup size you need, wrap the measure around the fullest part of the bust, and again pull until firm but not restrictively tight.

Question: Hormone imbalance – acne?
I’m a 30 year old female who has suffered from acne since I was 12. The acne the past 2 years has been entirely DIFFERENT, though. It is along my jawline and on my chin. Most absolutely hormonal. Very emotionally draining. I would like recommendations to help the root of this problem (which is my hormonal imbalance). Please don’t state wash your face, change your diet, or stop touching your face. Those things are not causing my acne. It is the hormonal imbalance. I have done a colon cleanse, kidney/urinary cleanse, parasite cleanse, and two liver flushes. I am currently on no medications, but take a myriad of vitamins and herbs each day. I will not take any prescription medications including gels/creams, or birth control pills. Thank you.

The root of your problem could be with the vitamins/herbs you are taking. Be sure to check that there are no potential contraindications regarding the vitamins/herbs with your hormonal levels. Another possibility is that you have a disorder such as ovarian cysts or something else causing hormonal changes within your body. Good luck in finding a solution!

Hey, Sarah Here,
Hmm, it does sound like hormonal acne–I can empathize because i have been diagnosed with this. But sorry, i don’t know what advice to give you since you say you don’t want any prescription solutions. My derm put me on BCP and my face cleared up completely! Sorry i don’t have a natural alternative…maybe investigate soy, since that mimics estrogen in the body?
Good luck!
