When using new products you skin can kind of freak out when you start using a new product just because your skin isn’t used to it, it depends on how sensitive your skin it also. So if your comfortable not using any products and your skin looks great then all the power to you!!! But if you do want to start using product make sure everything you use is the same brand so they all work together in the right way.

I firmly believe in cleansing and moisturizing before bed and when I wake up or after a shower. The cleansers you used worked perfectly on you, but acne comes and goes. It’s a myth that people who don’t wash enough get acne. If your skin is clean it won’t break out.
The products you used sweety, didn’t pose adverse affects, your hormones did. Hormones play a role and Women are especially prone to outbreaks during the hormonal changes during their menstrual cycle. During stressful times such as school exams, deadlines etc the male hormone in both males and females rise resulting in increased acne flare-ups. It’s like having bad hair days.
My suggestions:
Since acne medication can be drying, it may be helpful to use a moisturizer. Yes, that’s when the right moisturizing cream/lotion steps in. Use a mild, fragrance-free, non-oily, non-irritating moisturizer that is noncomedogenic. Make sure your moisturizer does NOT contain alpha hydroxy or glycolic acids, retinoid, retinol, vitamin A, trinitoin, or any other drying or irritating agent. Cetaphil Moisturizers are a possible choice.
