If you have acne you would want the purifying face wash, conditioner, and moisturizer. There is also a soothing skin care line for sensitive skin; however, if you have been using drugstore products or products stating that they are “natural” check the ingredients and then check under the toxic ingredient list on the website as these ingredients may have been the cause of your sensitivity.
Do you know that most acne creams and drugs are formulated to treat acne symptoms only? And what’s more, taking these drugs and creams may give you mane side effects in a long run such as depression, miscarriage, psychosis and etc. The only safe solution to this matter is to your hormonal imbalance which explains why acne is rather common when one reaches her puberty.
Below are the steps to help you getting started for the acne treatment:

2. Prepare your own lotion by mixing ten drops of propolis in water. Mix it well and apply it on the acne.
3. You can apply the pulp of tomato on your acne. Do this gently and leave it on your face for about 30 minutes. Then, wash your face with warm water.
4. A paste consists of water and sesame seeds are good enough to fight acne inflammation.
5. Apply honey to your face. Honey is famous for killing bacteria that causes blemishes.
6. Aloe Vera gel is good at speeding up the healing process as well as reducing redness and swelling.
7. Take in plenty of fruits and vegetables daily as a healthy diet reduces the chances of acne popping out. Zinc supplements can be beneficial too.
8. Get a beauty sleep. You will need at least 8 hours of sleeps to prevent hormonal imbalance from occurring.
9. Lean yoga or do anything that avoids stress.
10. Do not touch your face too often as our human hands have a lot of unseen germs and bacteria.
Two carefully selected herbal ingredients such as Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree Oil), Azadirachta indica and Arctium lappa contain antibacterial, anti-fungal and antiseptic properties and are not only effective for acne but for other skin conditions too. In addition, Lavender Essential Oil acts as a circulatory stimulant and antiseptic, and is used to treat burns and wounds and to prevent scarring.
